Mersin B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi, Avrupa Birli\u011fi destekli ve Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler Kalk\u0131nma Program\u0131 (UNDP) taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u201cSivil Kat\u0131l\u0131m Projesi\u201d kapsam\u0131nda, \u0130spanya\u2019n\u0131n Madrid ve Barselona kentlerinde d\u00fczenlenen teknik ziyaret program\u0131na dahil oldu. 16\u201320 Haziran 2025 tarihleri aras\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen ziyarete, belediyenin K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve Sosyal \u0130\u015fler Dairesi\u2019ne ba\u011fl\u0131 Kent Kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ve Sivil Toplum ile \u0130li\u015fkiler \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019nden temsilciler kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

Yedi pilot ilden biri olan Mersin, Avrupa’daki yerel y\u00f6neti\u015fim deneyimlerini yak\u0131ndan inceleme f\u0131rsat\u0131 buldu. Ziyaret kapsam\u0131nda; kamu kurumlar\u0131, yerel y\u00f6netimler ve sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131yla yap\u0131lan bulu\u015fmalarda, kamu\u2013sivil toplum i\u015f birlikleri, dijital kat\u0131l\u0131m ara\u00e7lar\u0131, g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn te\u015fvik edilmesi ve hizmet sunum modelleri gibi konular ele al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n

Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 demokrasiyi desteklemeyi ama\u00e7layan proje, sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n karar s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine daha aktif kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamay\u0131 ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir i\u015f birliklerini art\u0131rmay\u0131 hedefliyor. Teorik bilgi ile uygulaman\u0131n bir araya geldi\u011fi bu teknik ziyaret, Mersin B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi i\u00e7in yerelde demokratik kat\u0131l\u0131m mekanizmalar\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesi ad\u0131na \u00f6nemli kazan\u0131mlar sundu.<\/p>\n

Belediye yetkilileri, Avrupa\u2019daki iyi y\u00f6neti\u015fim \u00f6rneklerinden elde ettikleri deneyimleri Mersin\u2019deki uygulamalara entegre ederek, daha kapsay\u0131c\u0131 ve kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 bir yerel y\u00f6netim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7irmeyi ama\u00e7l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
